At the Irish Sailing Academy our mission is to share our passion of watersports with others. Whether it’s sailing, powerboating, motorboating or getting to grips with navigation and other theory topics we have a training course for you.

Sailing

At the Irish Sailing Academy we keep our finger on the pulse of fast-paced sailing action for you. We’ve carefully selected our fleet of training boats to ensure that our courses offer you state-of-the-art fun and to provide the best challenge, progression and improvement at each level of your training.

Powerboating & Motorboating

Powerboating & Motorboating are some of the easiest ways to get on the water today.  They’re both a gret way to spend a sunny summers days with family and friends, wakeboarding, cruising, fishing or just taking it easy

Equipment Sales

We have hand picked and tested a selection of the best rescue equipment which we supply to rescue boat teams. Please check out our facebook page for more details.  We also supply books, charts and boat equipment.

Safety

Safety is of paramount importance to us and the Academy has an exemplary record in this respect. With instructor/student ratios kept low, everyone gets individual attention and help is always on hand when necessary.

All Ages Welcome from 10 Upwards

We offer courses for all age groups, from 10 years to adult. Participants from 10 to 14 should be accompanied by an adult.

One-to-one training is available at the Academy. So whether you want to learn from scratch or have a particular skill you are trying to master we can help. For more information contact our office.

Boat Delivery

Avail of our highly experienced and professional staff to deliver your boat, sail or power, safely to its destination. Either come onboard with us and see how the pros do it or relax at home knowing that your boat will arrive safely.

Books, clothing, charts, boat kit…we provide a full mail order chandlery service for all those bits of kit you need.
