Motorboat Crew’s Certificate

Introductory course for you to gain experience in driving and crewing the boat.Introductory course for you to gain experience in driving and crewing the boat.

Duration:
Full day
Previous Experience:
No previous experience or knowledge is required or assumed.
Syllabus:
Boat preparation, Clothing, Slow speed handling, Manoeuvring at speed, Anchoring, Man Over Board, Regulations, Safety, Ropework, Tenders, Securing a buoy and Going through locks..
Certificate:
ISA Motorboat Crew’s Certificate. (on successful completion)
Price:
€200 per person

Motorboat Skipper’s Certificate

A course to develop your skills to skipper a boat by day.

Duration:
2 days
Previous Experience:
“Motorboat Crew’s Certificate” or equivalent experience.
Syllabus:
Turning boat in confined space, Holding off, Coming alongside, Slow speed manoeuvring, Engine checks, Securing to a mooring buoy, Anchoring, Manoverboard, Engines & drives, Navigation, Weather and Safety.
Certificate:
ISA Motorboat Skipper’s Certificate. (on successful completion).

€350 per person
